Caffe Migliore is not liable to the user or anyone else for any loss suffered in connection with the use of this website.
All orders received are final and goods will be shipped as selected by the user on the online order form.
By completing the online order form, the user agrees to make payment for the selected items by the payment method indicated on the order form.
All prices are in Australian Dollars and are subject to change without notice.
The price of shipping is determined by the weight of items purchased as well the delivery address to which the items are being shipped to.
Our orders are delivered via the most efficient carriers for your region. Our delivery partners include Australia Post, Couriers Please, TNT and Startrack.
All delivery time frames are as indicated by our courier suppliers. If the user does not received an order within these time frames, it is the responsibility of the user to contact Caffe Migliore and Caffe Migliore will follow up with the courier company.
Whilst we make every effort to track these items with our delivery partners, Caffe Migliore accepts no responsibility for any of loss of, damage to or late delivery of any goods once they have been dispatched from our warehouse.
Coffee is a fresh perishable product; therefore no refunds are given for any purchase of coffee. All orders received are final and goods will be shipped as per the address on the online order form. If an error has been made with dispatch of an order, the user should contact Caffe Migliore immediately so the error can be rectified by sending out the correct item.
All other products must be returned in a sellable condition as soon as possible following purchase. Appropriate packaging must be used to ensure no in-transit damage occurs. The purchaser maybe contacted to clarify any issues relating to the returned product to improve our quality processes. Goods must be returned to Unit 20, 3 Box Rd, Taren Point within 14 days.
Most equipment is covered by manufacturer’s warranty. If you believe a product is faulty please contact us immediately so as to authorize a repair or replacement.
The Caffe Migliore brand is the property of Caffe Migliore and any unauthorised use is prohibited. The Caffe Migliore, Ripe Harvest and Caffe Argento logos are registered trademarks.
